Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Front Office – the first point of contact for students, parents, and teachers
- General responsibilities related to school administration
- Assisting with student enrollment
- Handling correspondence in German and English
- Supporting the school administration with organizational tasks and correspondence with government agencies and service providers
Your Profile
- You have completed a business apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in a similar field
- You have native-level proficiency in German and good English skills
- You have good to very good computer skills, particularly with MS Office
- You work in a structured and independent manner, and are both reliable and a team player
- You possess intercultural competence and an open, communicative, and respectful approach
- You are eager to advance your career and bring dedication and team spirit to the role
