Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- pedagogical, personnel, organizational and administrative management of the school
- customer acquisition and advice
- management of teachers and administrative staff
- ensuring the quality of teaching at the school
- further development of the school's specific profile
- shared responsibility for the implementation of the strategy as a member of the extended management team
- information and communication internally and externally
Your Profile
- You have an appropriate pedagogical qualification (1st and 2nd state examinations or comparable) and teaching experience.
- You have already gained experience in the pedagogical, organisational and administrative management of a school.
- You are a native speaker of one school language (German/English) and have a good knowledge of the other language.
- You have very good communication and organisational skills and you are resilient and assertive.
- You are willing to develop professionally and bring commitment and team spirit.
- You are enthusiastic, inspiring and creative.
